As with any handmade marble/stone item, each one of them is personally carefully crafted by skilled artisans. Thus, what is produced may not be text book “perfect” as compared to factory made products, but we feel that it is these imperfections that make the items look elegant. Due to this you might feel that these items may not exactly match the item shown in the picture, that may happen because of the image quality and lighting during the photography process or because each item is exclusively handcrafted and made of natural stone, so some difference may appear
However, if you are not completely satisfied with our products and want to return it, because of any damage during the shipping process you can send it back to us for a refund. Pease take photographs of the items received immediately and send it to us. Returns must be postmarked within 2 days of receipt of terms. Please also note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, duties, taxes, etc. for the return of the product. All merchandise returned must be in original condition, with the tags intact and in original packaging
